讲座主题：企业可持续发展与环境、社会及公司治理（ESG）研究

主要内容：分享上市公司如何从传统的企业社会责任（CSR）发展至ESG框架，包括国家公司治理守则（Code of Corporate Governance）对企业迈向可持续发展的推动作用。着重讨论企业在践行ESG实践过程中所面临的困境，尤其是在股东与其他公司相关群体（stakeholders）之间出现利益冲突时所面临的挑战。

主讲人简介：黄再安（Ooi Chai Aun），马来西亚北方大学经济、金融与银行学院金融系讲师，专攻企业可持续发展与环境、社会及公司治理（ESG）研究领域。黄博士是马来西亚金融学会（Malaysian Finance Association）及马来西亚经济学会（Malaysian Economic Association）成员。他曾担任多本学术期刊的编委会成员，包括《Asian Academy of Management Journal of Accounting and Finance (AAMJAF)》、《Capital Markets Review》及《Journal of Economics and Sustainability》。研究成果发表在多本被SSCI收录的国际学术期刊上，包括《Financial Research Letters》、《Pacific-Basin Finance Journal》、《International Journal of Islamic and Middle Eastern Finance and Management》、《Asian Economic Journal》、《Global Finance Journal》及《Tourism Management》。2019年，荣获日本住友基金会（Sumitomo Foundation）日本相关研究资助。在多个国际学术会议上获得最佳论文奖，如《Pacific-Basin Finance Journal Award》和《International Journal of Islamic and Middle Eastern Finance and Management Award》等。担任北方大学经济与金融政策研究所（Economic & Financial Policy Institute, UUM）研究员，对国家金融政策领域付出贡献。。
